In this 60 minute Steel Mace Vinyasa group class, you will experience the benefits of yoga/mobility training combined with strength and conditioning with the steel mace. Beginners are welcome, no previous experience with steel mace is necessary.
Learn how to flow with the steel mace in this 60-minute class. Class will begin with mobility work and a gentle warm up to prime the body for strength and conditioning exercises with the steel mace. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, all other equipment will be provided
This session is all about designing a program that is unique to your body and goals. Victoria will guide you through a functional movement assessment to identify any muscle imbalances in your body. Once we know the specific areas of your body to focus on, we'll discuss your goals and come up with an actionable plan.

90-minute Functional Movement Screen and goal setting session, plus four 1-hour training sessions. Programs can include Steel Mace and/or Clubs, and other equipment based on each client's needs and goals.
Victoria will guide you though a customized fitness program that incorporates steel mace conditioning, yoga, and other strength training components.
Sessions are conducted at Victoria's home studio, unless otherwise specified. Victoria can travel to your home within the Austin area for a surcharge.
