Session 1: Client Intake and Functional Movement Assessment
90-minute session includes the following services:
Client intake (goal sharing, pain points)
Functional Movement Screen (learn about your muscle imbalances)
Joint Mobility
Custom strength and mobility programming for your body, using the steel mace or clubs, and any equipment you already own
Sessions 2-5
60-minute sessions 1:1 sessions
All classes consist of 3 parts
Part 1: PRIME. Dynamic warmup to prime your nervous system to safely move with the steel mace
Part 2. CONDITION. Get your heart rate up, build muscular strength, and improve mobility through bodyweight movements and steel mace exercises
Part 3: FLOW: Experience a yoga flow like never before with the weight of the steel mace. After flowing with the mace, we practice an unweighted flow to feel the deep muscle activations from the mace (Post-activation potentiation).
This proven format will help you to activate your muscles correctly to improve posture, core engagement during yoga, weightlifting, sports, or other forms of exercise.
